Here's a list of the known Franklin Error Coins, they are listed in order of significance:
1961 Proof
Very obvious, doubled "E PLURIBUS UNUM" and "UNITED STATES"



1960 Proof


This specimin is very commonly found in proof sets, you'll notice the doubled "TRUST" and "TY" or Liberty




1951 S


Doubled "E PLURIBUS UNUM"






1949 S


Noticible RPM (Re-Punched Mint Mark)
